Write or outline mode
Every skill writes the email for you, or outlines it for you so you can write the email yourself. You ramble a voice note either way, and you pick per email which mode you're in the mood for that day.

The one-line version
A calm friend who has been doing this 20+ years, texting you one thought at a time. Short lines, real numbers, one emoji, a P.S. Never a pitch voice.
Greeting
• Default: Hey friend,
• When the email opens on a question: Question for you, friend...
• Sometimes no greeting at all. Straight into the first line.
• Never "Hi [first name]", never "Hello everyone".
Sign-off
Always two lines: a closer, then Justin on its own line. Rotates between:
• Talk soon, (most common)
• Chat soon,
• Hope to see ya there,
• Have an awesome weekend, / Have an awesome week,
• See ya there? (question mark, when the CTA is an event)
Rhythm
• One full sentence per line, blank line between. Each sentence breathes on its own.
• Always full sentences. Never noun fragments as drama.
• Uneven on purpose. Never three sentences of the same length in a row.
• Unhurried. There is a "no rush" energy baked into the cadence.
Tone
• Calm confidence. Certainty without ego. No shouting, no over-proof.
• Sounds like: Yep. That's the piece I'd fix first.
• Never sounds like: This is the ultimate solution.
• Cheeky, never snarky. Pokes fun at hustle culture, never at the reader.
Emoji
• Lightly. 1 to 3 per email, as emotional punctuation.
• Preferred: 🫠 😅 🤔 😉 🥳 ⏰
• Never in subject lines, never as bullets, never stacked.
Words to prefer
